Practitioners, not generalists.
Our hiring is practice specific. We look for people who have worked in a Salesforce product long enough to have encountered its failure modes — and learned from them. Certifications matter, but they are a floor, not a ceiling.
We value people who can articulate why a configuration decision was made, not just what was configured. Who can push back on a client's brief when the brief is wrong. Who are honest about what they don't know and rigorous about closing that gap.

We are a good fit if you have outgrown environments where
depth wasn't rewarded — where delivery speed mattered more than solution quality, or where your practice was whatever, the next project required.
We are not the right fit
if you are looking for a large firm with structured programs, defined promotion cycles, or a broad portfolio of technology practices. We are a focused consulting firm. Design before configuration always
We do not start building before a documented design is agreed. This
means your work has a foundation. It also means you are expected to
produce and defend that design — not just execute on someone else's.

We tell clients when we think they are making a mistake. We expect the
same internally. Disagreements about solution design, approach, or scope are worked through with evidence, not seniority. If you have a better answer, say so. If someone has a better answer than you, update your position.

Complex Salesforce engagements are demanding. You will encounter problems that require research, creative thinking, and collaboration. Depth in your core area is expected, with opportunities to build adjacent skills through real project exposure.

We track post-go-live outcomes on every engagement. Delivery completion is not delivery success. What works, and what does not, informs how we assess both our work and our practitioners.
We support certification paths, Salesforce training access, and conference attendance within your practice area. Development is structured around where you are going, not a generic L&D catalog.
