Who We're Looking For

Practitioners, not generalists.

Our hiring is practice specific. We look for people who have worked in a Salesforce product long enough to have encountered its failure modes — and learned from them. Certifications matter, but they are a floor, not a ceiling.

We value people who can articulate why a configuration decision was made, not just what was configured. Who can push back on a client's brief when the brief is wrong. Who are honest about what they don't know and rigorous about closing that gap.
